SPA Yoga Class

Join Karen in our yoga pods or in the comfort of your own home. Registration is required.

Yoga pods are 8'x 10' sealed areas. We have three avaialble in the studio. Video class is broadcast through Zoom video.

SPA Yoga® is a slow-flow, floor-based, whole-body sensory experience based on Fluid Yoga sequencing and designed to restore and relax while opening the body for the art of the possible.

The physical practice takes time to open the body’s subtle energy and prepares students to experience new depths of awareness in an extended, guided savasana or Yoga Nidra.

Be prepared to feel like you just walked out of a SPA! These classes are ALL LEVELS, especially kind to BEGINNERS, and 75 minutes.

Vinyasa Yoga Class

Hybrid In-Person or Zoom Video

Join Karen in our yoga pods or in the comfort of your own home. Registration is required.

The flowing nature of the breath is energetically linked with mindful, continual movement and creative sequencing in this Vinyasa class. Based on Fluid Yoga® founded by Kevan Gale, this Vinyasa Flow also emphasizes heat-building to increase strength and flexibility, while training the mind to be more content and relaxed when faced with difficult challenges on and off the mat.

Come prepared with an open mind and mindful approach. These classes are ALL LEVELS.

This delicious blend of breathwork, stretching, floor work and vinyasa is ideal for ski/board prep, or day-after - or anyone seeking a great way to start your day (and your week!).

Classes encourage mindfulness, creating your own heat, an opeing of the spine and body, and a bit if fun. Expect to feel calm and ready for however your day and week will unfold.

These classes are ALL LEVELS.

Policies for Yoga Classes


By booking a yoga class* you agree to the following:
1. In-person classes: you/others for whom you are booking are COVID vaccinated.
2. You/those for whom you are booking are 16 yo or older (please contact us directly for classes for under 16's.
3. In-person: you will complete and submit a waiver for each person attending (Download Form)*.
4. In-person classes: You will not attaend if you are sick or have any Covid-19 symptoms.
5. Zoom attendees: By booking a class, you accept out Terms & Conditions.
6. You have read and understand our polices, including refunds.
7. You will supply your own mat/towel and/or props for practice.

Refund Policy:
- In-person classes: no refunds for cancellations with less than 12 hours notice or no-shows.
- Zoom classes: no refunds for cancellations with less than 4 hours notice or no-shows.
- Donation/community classes: no refunds.

* If you cannot print out the form before the class, you can complete a waiver at the class location; please arrive 10 minutes before class.
